Peter Zyla
Founder & Chief Strategist
Peter has spent his career at the leadership table of many high-growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial organizations.
Usually wearing both a strategy and operations hat, Peter has contributed to the success and growth of such companies as UltraVision (health care), the Forzani Group (retail), Divestco (energy services) and Forbes Bros. (construction). Peter has fought through recessions, introduced painful austerity measures, navigated insane growth, crafted strategies in complex industries and spearheaded initiatives in new markets.
Peter is currently Founder and Chief Strategist of Ventrek, a company that provides entrepreneurs with the world’s most powerful strategy system. He works with high-growth, entrepreneurial-minded companies across Canada in identifying and articulating their vision, crafting and monitoring powerful strategies and building strong execution systems.
Peter earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary (U of C). In his spare time, Peter has designed and instructed business and entrepreneurial courses for Mount Royal University, the U of C’s Haskayne School of Business and many private companies.
Demetri Tzotzos
Business Development
Demetri is a proven business development professional with a solid track record in understanding client needs and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Demetri’s steadfast integrity and mission-driven focus has seen him carve out new business generating regions in Western Canada, grow and transform existing revenue streams in response to challenging economic climates and onboard new clients by establishing strategic partnerships. He has held key positions in business development and client acquisition/retention comprising start-ups to multi-nationals in renewable energy, financial services, real estate, and transportation. Most recently, Demetri was Head of Corporate Development with GTE Power in the renewable energy sector. Previous to GTE, he held heavy haul trade positions with the Canadian Pacific Railway and capital market and financing roles with Investors Group Financial, Beringer Capital and the Walton Group.

Andre Arrata

Driven by his passion for organizational growth and development, Andre has significant experience developing and implementing short and long-term strategic plans that drive top and bottom-line growth.
Andre’s deep experience in the areas of strategy and operational excellence has been battle-tested many times over sitting at the leadership table of high growth entrepreneurial companies both in Canada and Internationally. Through a systematic approach that considers current market needs, client specific needs and corporate value positioning, Andre has developed and lead strategy implementation within the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Financial Services industries most recently working internationally in the UAE for an oil and gas services company that experienced a 10-fold increase in revenues during price fluctuations and the covid pandemic
As a team player seeking to help companies become great, Andre has also demonstrated corporate leadership by mentoring and leading field operations teams, establishing ISO 9001 certification programs, completing safety and quality audits, and creating alignment within leadership teams toward corporate growth and excellence.
Andre continues to follow his passions for personal and professional growth demonstrated by his completion of the first international offering for a Team Coaching Certification Program, expanding his professional skills by completing master classes in contract drafting and negotiating, in selling in competitive markets, maintaining his membership within the International Coaching Federation, and by participating in the Annual WBECS Summits – the Worlds Leading Learning Platform for Business and Executive Coaches.
